  Great service and food. But if you're like me I don't care for a pile of whip cream on my pancakes. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. They should ask if you want a whole can of whip cream before just adding.

  This place is pathetic.  My over-easy eggs were basically raw. I sent them back and they came back the same. Pancakes are like syrup sponges. It took alot of syrup to get them down.

  Placed Uber order and did not receive condiments and plastic ware requested. Called and spoke with mama her and he stated his name was Tim. He was very unapologetic and just blamed it on the Uber driver. I understand the driver should double check the order, but the Person/restaurant preparing the order should make sure they are preparing the order correctly. Horrible customer service from the manager.

  We rolled up at 11 on a Monday and, as expected, we were seated immediately. Our server (I think it was Allison) was really wonderful, only cheerful and helpful. I have not been to IHOP in about a decade so I wasn't sure what to expect.
  
  I ordered the Spicy Poblano Omelette without beef and our server asked if I would like to replace it with something for no charge. As a vegetarian, I am constantly charged the same price for a dish requested without meat so I appreciated this offer very much! I ended up getting it with mushrooms and it was delicious. The portion was huge and I didn't end up eating very much at dinner that night. Word of warning though; I tolerate spicy food very well and this was pretty hot. I ate it all but I could definitely feel it burning every time I bit into a pepper so I am not sure how your average white Midwesterner would eat this.
  
  My omelette coupled with my tablemates' bottomless fries means IHOP rules! The only reason that I didn't give the last star is because some of the surfaces are not cleaned well.. the headboard of the booth next to us was slick with oils from handprints and foreheads. D:

  What do you say about a chain based on an empire of pancakes?  I usually just say a lot of "Thank you's".  There is no "usual" for me.  I want to try it all!  
  
  As my husband and I started to leave, I saw a pile of chocolate pancakes come out by our waitress for another guest .  I now have an order of those ToGo in my vehicle.  Sometimes the menu does the product no justice.  
  
  Anyway, they have a partnership with Uber now, so it's impossible to get pancakes 24/7.  Just duck if the driver pulls out a bottle of maple syrup to throw at you.
